These terms apply to ichodigital.com and to the apps and services of ICHO DIGITAL LLC. Apps downloaded from an app store are also covered by that store's terms.

Using our products

You may use our products for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse them, try to break or reverse engineer them, or use them to harm others.

Media players and your content

Nova IPTV Player is a media player only. We do not provide, sell or host any channels, streams or other content, and we are not connected to any content provider. You may only use it with playlists and content you have the legal right to access.

Services for clients

For video and content projects, the scope, delivery dates and prices are agreed in writing with each client before work starts.

Intellectual property

Our apps, websites, names and logos belong to ICHO DIGITAL LLC. You may not copy or redistribute them without our written permission.

No warranty

Our products are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ICHO DIGITAL LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our products.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
