This policy explains how ICHO DIGITAL LLC ("we", "us") handles information on ichodigital.com and in our apps, including Nova IPTV Player. Some products, like CopyVideoText, also have their own privacy policy on their website, which applies to that product.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. If you email us, we use your email only to answer you.

Nova IPTV Player

• Your playlists stay on your device. Server addresses, usernames, passwords and playlist links you add are saved only on your Mac. We never receive them.
• Direct connection. The app connects directly from your Mac to the playlist provider you add. Your viewing does not pass through our servers.
• Favorites, history and settings are stored only on your Mac.
• No tracking. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not sell or share personal information.
• Feedback. If you choose to send us feedback or report a problem, we receive only what you write, the email you choose to give, and basic technical details such as the app version and macOS version. We use it only to improve the app and to reply to you.
• Content. Nova IPTV Player does not provide any channels, movies or other content. You are responsible for the playlists you add.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can delete everything the app stored by removing your playlists in the app or by deleting the app. To ask about any information you sent us by email, write to us and we will help.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
